Nicole Carbert is the Research Manager for the UBC Division of Cardiology at UBC. She also supports CCI-CIC as a Clinical Project Manager. She manages and supports all research activity, including grant facilitation, ethics, finances, and project development, while also providing strategic research directions within the Division and CCI-CIC. Nicole’s role also focuses on assisting new investigators and Division of Cardiology staff with grant application processes, overseeing the implementation of the CAPP pilot program, supporting researchers with research processes, site contracts, connecting them to necessary statistical services, and other divisional tasks. Previously, as a Health Promotion Project Manager at BC Children’s Hospital, she managed large-scale research projects within the realm of pediatric and cardiovascular health. She holds an MSc in Population and Public Health from UBC.
